Nutritional Therapist | Herbalist | Founder of Three Sisters Garden and Apothecary based in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
Biography
Anne-Iris Dittmer is a nutritional therapist, herbal medicine lover, and the founder of Three Sisters Garden and Apothecary. As a proud woman of Ho-Chunk and German heritage, her mission is to bring organic food and natural medicines to her community to promote health and well-being.
Anne-Iris’s path to holistic health is shaped by a rich tapestry of life experiences. Growing up multilingual across Europe and Northern Africa, she developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and traditions. Her passion for natural wellness was further ignited by experiencing and assisting in natural home births, successfully healing herself from an autoimmune disease, and earning a certification in Nutritional Therapy.
An avid gardener and forager, Anne-Iris handcrafts organic self-care products—including salves, teas, and tinctures—with the goal of empowering others through natural remedies. Having recently relocated to her tribal homeland, she is eager to connect with new plant relatives and expand her traditional herbal knowledge.
When she is not working with plants, Anne-Iris loves to travel, read, craft, and dedicate time to learning the Ho-Chunk language..
